Meet our team!

  • Evelyn Farmer, MS, LPC-S
    Supervisor, Licensed Professional Counselor

Evelyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor with over a decade of experience in the counseling field. She is dedicated to helping individuals move from overwhelm and self-doubt toward clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.

Evelyn specializes in overcoming shame, managing stress, reducing anxiety, and helping clients define a grounded sense of self. She understands how easy it is to become consumed by expectations, internal pressure, and the quiet weight of “not enough.” Her work centers on authentic living—supporting clients as they untangle painful narratives, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with who they are beneath survival patterns.

Working from a humanistic, person-centered approach, Evelyn creates a therapeutic space that is steady, respectful, and collaborative. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel seen without judgment and supported without pressure. Therapy with her is not about fixing who you are; it is about helping you access the strength and clarity that already exist within you.

She holds a particular passion for working with women who feel stretched thin by the demands of career, family, leadership, or caregiving. In a world that often takes more than it gives, Evelyn helps women restore balance, reclaim their voice, and build lives aligned with their values rather than guilt or obligation.

In addition to her clinical work, Evelyn mentors developing clinicians and leads Key Wellness with a strong commitment to ethical care and professional integrity. She has received personal recognition for her contributions to the counseling field, and her practice has been honored among the Top Five Counseling Agencies in Colorado Springs. She views these acknowledgments as reflections of the trust clients place in her work.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, burdened by shame, or uncertain about who you are becoming, you do not have to navigate it alone. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable—but it can also be the first step toward living more authentically and with greater peace. Evelyn welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside you in that process.
